Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
MI Penal Code s 224
Currently MCL 750.224(2) makes it a felony to possess a bomb or bombshell (as listed under 1(c)). But was it a felony in 1990 and/or 1991: 224 was amended in 1990 & 1991. Thanks!

Yes, it was a felony in 1990 and 1991.
Quoting: "...shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 5 years or by a fine of not more than $2,500.00."
