In Michigan, is reckless or wanton use of a firearm MCL 752.863a a lesser included offense of Felony Firearm MCL 750.227b?

Felony Firearm says that you used or possessed a firearm in the commission of another felony crime. Reckless use of a firearm is not a lesser-included offense of that conduct.
