Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
In Michigan, how much time is allotted to amend the information AFTER defendant has been found guilty for a crime never charged in the original information ? Second, who is responsible for amending the information after the conviction for crime never charged?

Sorry, your sentencing was not "illegal". Judges have the discretion to amend after or during a a trial.
