minor charged with csc 1st degree

my 2 sons ages 11,15 and my 2 step children 10yr. boy,13girl played truth or dare. stepson accuses my 2 sons of penetrating anally with no proof-dr. exam. never saying any thing for 2yrs. my oldest son and stepdaughter admitted to having consensual oral sex which we were made aware ofat the end of that summer. 2yrs later my husband fought for

full legal custody at the wish of stepdaughter who hates her mother, and says her mom abuses her. at this time stepson decides he is tramatized and was raped. never any sign or comment 2yrs previous.hard to believe he was able to hide at time(pain wise especially). 1st hearing was for neglect against my husband for accused breaking court order to keep 4 children apart. at this time we were informed that my 2 boys were to be charged with csc1st degree 2 counts. lawyer requested for boys

informed to call court back following tues. to get court dates and lawyer info. which I tried. I was informed that we would recieve notice in mail. 1.5 weeks later(thurs) recieved call at 11:30am that we needed to be at court at2:00pm that day. my sons were taken to a juvenile detention where they are to be kept for 14 days before next hearing being treated as guilty until proven innocent.can they dothis?

Obviously this is a very serious matter and I'm uncertain whether you're willing to settle for a court appointed lawyer. If so, good luck.
