Minor in posession
Hi
My friend who is 20 years old got an MIP on friday night in Pontiac, MI. I was wondering how will this affect her record being that it is the second time she gets a ticket like this. How much will she have to pay for the ticket?

Max $200 fine - but that's just the fine. Court ordered substance abuse treatment at her expense, probation costs (up to $50/month), municipal costs(~$250) and a suspended driver's license is the real penalty.
