Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Minor in Possession
My brother was caught minor in possession of drugs he attended his first court date and pleaded guilty, he also met up with his probation officer and was given a date for his sentancing. What happens to him if he does not show up for that sentancing? and is no longer living at home with no way of contacting him.

If he does not show at sentencing then a bench warrant will be issued for his arrest.
