Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

MIP at MSU

My 18year old son received a MIP two weeks ago, when arrested the police told him he could get it lowered, the officer told him he needed to ask around because he wasn't suppose to tell him that. He went for the free legal advice given on campus who said they didn't know what they were talking about. We are not sure what to do . Does everyone get the same sentence?? He blew a .20 I know your advice will be to hire a lawyer but do you think it is better than the lawyer they are going to supply him with. Thanks for your help

Re: MIP at MSU

It sounds like you've answered your own question. The free lawyer did nothing for him. Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for?" There are no free lunches in America. Hire an experienced and aggressive attorney to fight for your son.

I suggest Attorney John English is excellent and he can be reached on Monday at 1 867665245.
