I received a MIP passenger and was not given a breath test. Although I admitted to sharing a beer hours earlier with my GF. We had no alcohol in our system.

Re: MIP Passenger in MI
I was with you all the way up to "Although I admitted to sharing a beer".
Until then, you were OK.
You made the breath test unnecessary.
Try not to blurt out your guilt at the next contact with the police.
