MIP's from State to State

If I get a MIP in Michigan, do they transfer any previous MIP's from different states?

Generally when you go to court, they will do a search of your criminal history, so a conviction in another state may show up. There are ways in which to keep an MIP off your record and an attorney may be a good investment considering, if you are convicted, you will have a criminal record, could spend 30 days in jail, and pay heavy fines and court costs. I have defended several MIP cases and have been successful. If you go to my website at www.schmierlaw.com under cases, I have a MIP case which may interest you. Contact me if you need help with this.
