What will happen if i was out in woods with brother i have a felony my brother had two guns they arrested me and never read me my right and are trying to pin a gun on me

If any statement was taken from you post-arrest it could potentially be suppressed if the court believes that the statement was taken without the benefit of Miranda warnings.
