Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I missed my court date because my probation officer didn't change my address in the system. Now, I received a letter in the mail saying that i have a bench warrant . My court date was just about not paying money for my fines. I have been very ill and at one time hospitalized due to recent medical problems. I just got better its been a month since the letter, will i go to jail?
