Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Missed probation meeting
I was scheduled for a meeting Thursday the 10th. I mistakenly thought it was the 17th. I called my PO on Friday evening, then again this morning. She called me back and has set up an appointment for tomorrow at 5pm but the court closes at 4:30. I am afraid of being arrested.

If she was going to violate you, she would not have set up another meeting.

It would be easy enough for you to call the P O in the morning to just ask whether you're being violated for your mistake. If you are, you should consider having an attorney help you with this.
