Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I am a MSU student and last week I recieved a Minor in possesion and possesion of marajuana. It is my first time offense and I am 18. I was in an apartment complex when a cop found me with a beer, he searched me and found a grinder with marajuana. Should I plea guilty or not guilty? What consequeces am I looking at as far as probation, community service, ect.. Can I get it off my record?

If you are convicted of these two offenses, they will remain on your record for life! The drug conviction will result in a driver license suspension. We can help you with this case. Our Lansing office has had much success with these cases. You should phone us on Monday at

Do not plead guilty. Go to the arraignment and use these words " NOT GUILTY". If you hire an attorney, he/she should be able to waive the arraignment so that you won't have to be arraigned (unless the Judge doesn't do waivers- very rare). We can help you fight these charges and prevent a criminal conviction being on your record for the rest of your life. Feel free to contact us at 888.484.9349. Attorneys of Michigan, PLLC.
