Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
murder threat
my wife has made a murder threat against me, I wouldn't worry to much about it but since I'm disabled its starting to bother me. Would this threat be considered a felony or a misdemeanor or perhaps nothing? I have the threat on tape with the person identifying herself

You should immediately make a police report and let the authorities decide whether she has committed any crime. You can also apply for a Personal Protection Order against her at your county Circuit Clerk's office.
