Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Necrophilia
Is necrophilia illegal in Michigan? If so, what are the penalties? I don't know what area of law this fits under, so I just chose Criminal Law.

Re: Necrophilia
Yes, it's illegal. But, just because your lover just lies there like a corpse during sex doesn't mean it's necrophilia - she actually has to be dead.
Yes, I know a dead girlfriend is a lot cheaper to take care of and much easier to talk to, but the law says it's still wrong.
My advice...Don't do it!
