Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Nextel Billing Practices
I have Nextel phone service and from the beginning I have encountered a number of billing problems. I am constantly calling to go over my bill with their unhelpful customer service reps. I feel as though I have been overcharged or charged unfairly on more than one occasion! What action can I take in fighting their practice of making undocumented and false charges? Does this qualify as white collar crime?

Your question is not a criminal law question. It is in the field of consumer law. You should contact an attorney that works in that field.
