Re: Obsolvtion

After 5 years of the imposition of your sentence or 5 years following the completion of any term of imprisionment you may file a petition to have your conviction set aside. Expungement is only available for one conviction and as long as the individual does not pick up another conviction. If you would like to file said petition or assistance on other matters please call my office at 1-313-209-7658 or email me at [email protected]. Sincerely, Kim Snover.

Re: Obsolvtion

You maybe able to set your conviction aside, or what is typically known as expungement. If you qualify it is a privilege not a right. Please feel free to call my office to discuss the matter further. Eric I. Kutinsky toll free @ (866) MICHDUI
