I got a third dui charge which span over
20 years, I tried to accept sobriety court
and was refused.. what now..

You need to either hire a criminal defense attorney who specializes in drunk driving defense, or apply to the court for an appointed attorney if you cannot afford to hire one.
Aside from that, not much more advice / comment can be made because you gave very limited background information, no information about the actual OWI case facts, no explanation why you were not accepted into the sobriety court, etc. All of those issues (and more) need to be analyzed by the one attorney you decide to represent you.
Don't delay. You are charged with a felony (OWI 3rd Offense), which now can be charged no matter how old your two prior convictions are. This is called "Heidi's Law".
