oui on record that i did not commit
i had a criminal background check show that i had oui second offense on my record.
i have never been arrested for anything in my life. what can i do

Contact the court clerk in the district court where this conviction was entered and ask her what to do.
It usually involves cross checking your driver's license number with the number entered in the court files.
If you don't know the name of the district court you can go to the local Secretary of State's office to see your driving record. The name of the court is on the record.

The Michigan State Police are responsible for keepting those records. Contact them to dispute their records.
