I highly doubt that the court juror clerk runs warrant checks on prospective jurors, though. It is possible that you could be arrested if someone at the courthouse happens to know that a warrant is out for you. But if you don't show up for jury duty (whether it is because of the possible existence of warrants or otherwise), the judge could issue a 'show cause' order commanding you to appear to explain your absence ... which is almost like another warrant. So why not contact the court where the possible warrants are and find out what's going on, and when you should come in to start clearing these things up? Courts treat people much easier when they voluntarily come in on warrants. The call to the court could give you insight in a ballpark figure of the money it'll take to clear these matters up. Sometimes you (or your attorney) can negotiate with the prosecuting agencies involved that get some charges dismissed in return for pleas to other charges (which lowers the total $$$ amount).
