Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
What can I do when my ex owes me over $40,000 in back child support, won't comply with court orders, has spent 60 days in jail for contempt of court, recently has another warrant for contempt of court again?

Contact the attorney general's office. Go to their website to start a felony complaint. The felony conviction / potential prison time is the biggest stick to wield in situations where the arrears are at this level.
