I was convicted of a csc 4th in 1994, it was set aside in 2002,can a pardon ,get me off the offenders list on the internet.

Talk to the agency that keeps the liswt, ask them under what conditions they remove names. That will give you a lead as to whether you can ever get off the list, and what it takes to do it. You shouldn't need a lawyer for this, but having one will probably increase your chances, since you will have to argue persuasively (in any event) for the pardon.
