Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
parole violation?
i was sleeping when p.o. came to house wants to violate parolee who was at work cuz i didnt hear door.He siad when he reports today that he is violated because i didnt answer and i must have something to hide. Can he do that?

There is probably more to the story about the violation. If the parolee was supposed to be at home and was not there it would result in a violation. What ever the terms are. Call me or e-mail me for more questions 5862855000
