Patient-Conselor Confidentiality
If a patient confesses an illegal act to a Counselor or Psychologist, can the Counselor/Psychologist report this to the police or other authorities?

If a child or disabled person is involved in or is a victim of the crime, the Counselor/Psychologist is required by law to report the incident to the police.
