Petty Theft

I stole liquour from superone, a week later i returned to purchase eggs, as i left the store two security guys blocked me and flipped out there badges, say ing we need to talk to you about some liquour you took from us. I said ok and followed them upstairs, they asked me questions and I said do I have to answer these and they said if I dont they will just get the cops here. i was scared so i admitted to it.little did i kmow the cops were alredy on their way.i didnt get arrested, charged, or a ticket. i know that i will be charged though. what should i do now?

You had the right to remain silent, ESPECIALLY in front of civilian (non-police) personel. I would have to research it but since they were not police, chances are your confession could not be thrown out, despite the fact that it may have been coerced. That said, you'd better hire a lawyer immediately and MOST OF ALL, say nothing more to anyone (except for your lawyer, in private).
