Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
photograph
Our neighbor was disorderly, approached us in the road with verbal and vulgar altercation with children present. It has been two weeks since his court date in which he was ordered to pay fines and is on a 12 month probation of NO CONTACT with us. Two days ago he came out of his house, stood on his porch and took pictures of us. Is this a violation of NO CONTACT? We are in Lenawee Co, Adrian, MI. Thank you.

Well, glad to see were all loving our neighbors as ourselves in Lenawee Co, Adrian, MI.
No, its not a violation of a No Contact order. Try ignoring him for starters, instead of calling the law every time you feel offended by his conduct.
