Photographic evidence in question
If you photograph subjects breaking the law but they are in bathing suits does it make the pictures unusable.The police took the pictures and said they were ''pornographic''

Now how about using some common sense before asking silly questions. Are people in bathing suits pornographic? Is everyone at the beach pornographic? What attire do you suppose that police officers and judges wear at the swimming pool? Is their dress pornographic?
