Plea Bargains
After accepting a plea bargain, and spending 2 yrs in prison, can you go back and change your mind and go to
trial?

No, once you'd plead guilty, or nolo contendere (no contest), you are finished with the trial process. You could apply for leave to appeal (because the right to appeal is long past).

Permission to withdraw a plea is in the discretion of the judge. It's possible but not likely.
