Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
The police came into my apartment, with a warrent for my boyfriend. They found a gun, a oz of weed, and scale. the apartment is in my name and his name is not on nothing, but he do have mail coming to the apartment, and clothes. The gun is in my name. But they are charging him with operating a drug house, and put the gun on him and the gun is in my name. I don't understand can they do that?
