Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Police had a warrant for my son's arrest, but no search warrant.They broke down my friends door without a search warrant. The police came to my house when I was not home and harrassed the person who opened the door. I think that just because they have a badge and a gun they can do whatever they want. I dont think this is legal and I want to press charges. How do I do this?
