Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Are Polygraph test can be used in court?
I just had a Detective from a Sherrif office stating that she is investigating a complaint from my 14 year old daughter that lives with her mom that i had sex with her 5 years ago and i told the detective that i never touched her in anyway like that and well the detective wants me to have a polygraph done so they can clear this up. Are Polygraph results are evidence in court or are they just a tool? that can't be used?

If you are innocent, taking a police polygraph is not the way to go.
If you are charged with CSC1- it is a capital offense, punishable by life in prison!
