Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
possesion with intent
My sons father was picked up on a warent fo possesion with intent for muhrooms. the case was dropped by fang but picked up by the state of mi. the only drugs found in the house were claimed by his father who signed a confession. They were attempting to grow mushrooms but it was a failed attemp and there was mothing growing in the house. So i guess my Question is what can he do to help himself and what is the possible worst outcome?
