Possesion or manufacture marijuana
What is the penalty for possesion of marijuana plant for 1st offense no previous problems with law enforcement.

Simple Possession is a one year misdemeanor.
Manufacture is a four year felony.
Usually no jail time for either if you have no priors. A conviction for Manufacture stays on your record.
