Posting Incriminatinating photographs on the internet
If an individual posts pictures of themselves performing illegal activities, such as motorized vehicle infractions, and clearly identifys the pictures as being of themselves, can police use these photos to arrest or fine the individual?

Yes! If you are accustomed to doing this as a regular activity, you might want to carry $500 cash on your person at all times so that you can post bond immediately if apprehended. (Of course you could also stop doing this and clear your website.)
Given your inclination to broadcast your personal life as a scofflaw to the internet, you should be aware that a search warrant could issue and the entire contents of your computer could be reviewed by the authorities. Would you have anything on your hard drive that you don't want the police to see?
