Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have a pre-trial court date coming up next tuesday. I am a disabled veteran and am being charged with 2 felonys. I need to have my Primary Care doctor write a note to the court regarding my disabillities and how it has impacted my judgement regarding my charges. After getting the note from my doctor how do I go about providing this to the courts? Also doing so what I should I expect to happen after doing so? Thanks!

You should first hire an attorney. If you cannot afford one, at least use the court appointed counsel and they will assist you with your defense. Felonies are serious stuff. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
