I been on probation i paid 665 on my payments last year after my mother died i take care of my nephew i get 1145 for my nephew i been wating for ssi benefits for years i have bioplar i been trying to live im been rip of to make payments on the home cheaper the rent is 1756 im losing the home i cant live montly expensives now they wants to put me in jail i cant pay the courts 1200 that i owe my hearing for ssi is on the nov 18 2009 i cant drive because i owe the stateover 3000 im overwhemed im about to be on the street

Call the judge's office and ask them to get you a court appointed lawyer. Take documentation of all your expenses to your lawyer's office and to court. Take documentation about your upcoming Social Security hearing to your lawyer's office and to court.
