Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I am currently on probation for a POM charge, and I am about 6 or 7 months into a year long sentence. I am jumping through hoops and it seems as if they are doomed to fail me just to get more money out of me. Is there anyway I can just take the misdemeanor charge, and be done with probation?
