Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Probation violation
Aressted march 2005, dui 2nd offense. Judge ordered counsiling & jams until sentancing.Sentanced 14 days, scram tether 60 days, counsiling, aa and probation. In december probation officer was switched and she decided to resend me to the jams program. Already broke and frustrated, this sent me over the edge. Does she have the right to bascally resentace me to jams when the judge did not order it?
