How to plead to probation violation (leaving a substance abuse center your P.O. sends you to), and what's the punishment for that (1st violation)?

Plea - must be decided between you and your lawyer after a determination of whether the charge can be beat. Penalty will be up to the judge and can be up to the maximum as the original charge that you're on probation for. Get an experienced and aggressive attorney at 18005766035.
