Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
probation violation
I wrote some bad checks, it was a felony, I have not pade it back and have a worrent out for a probation violation, I have three kids and i am single whithout much money. I want to take caire of it whithout loosing my kids and going to jail, is this possible?
