Prosecution for Multiple Crimes committed in Different Counties
If a man committs a crime in Macomb county, Michigan, and then committs a related crime in Wayne county, Michigan, and then travels to Ohio and committs another related crime, once apprehended, how will the man be prosecuted and why?

Given the information you have provided, if he is named as a defendant in each of those jurisdictions, he will be arraigned and prosecuted in each once he is arrrested or surrenders himself.
