Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was pulled over for speeding and was caught with very little marijuana (under 2grams) for medicinal use. I had not yet been certified, but received certification two weeks later.
What is the worst that I can be penalized for my actions? Can they put me on probation, or will I still be able to use my medication?
