Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
What is the likely punishment for disorderly conduct and in the park after dark misdemeanors?? 18, first offence, and honor roll student in high school. Extremely worried how this could affect my record.

Feel free to contact my after hours line to discuss. Keeping your record clean shouldn't be a problem considering the information you shared. However, I've come across cases that were not handled properly and the cost to "fix" the error is much higher after the fact.
You are risking having a misdemeanor conviction on your record which you do not want, especially at such a young age. An experienced attorney can get you a sentencing option that would keep the matter off your record (diversion, deferral program, delayed sentencing, Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA)), or even reduced to a civil infraction where all you do is pay a fine. Don't take the risk of your future being tainted by this one incident. Consult with an attorney that primarily practices criminal defense to discuss getting this resolved.
