possible punishment
i was wondering what is the possible punishment for a person
convited of
1 count assualt
1 count domestic violence
1 count home invasion 2ND degree
this was his first offense

How did he get convicted of Assault AND also Domestic Violence? One of these is usually dropped.
2 years probation is the probable outcome.

If the person isn't found guilty, there will be no punishment.
Hopefully the person is smart enough to hire and experienced and aggressive attorney to fight the charges.
