Question about Crime Not yet Convicted...however
I haven't been convicted of the crime but is it going to show on my pre-employment background check?

I'm not sure of your question. If you are asking whether something will show up on a background check for which you haven't been convicted, the answer is no. For instance, I haven't been convicted of killing Abraham Lincoln and that fact doesn't show up on my background check.
