Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
This question is pertaining to obtaining a criminal lawyer. Upon hiring a Michigain state lawyer (I 'm specifiying the state because each state may have different requirements). What are the LEGAL requirments of an attorney to his client in the state of Michigan to make a legal union and to understand what my rights are as a client.
Do all union between a client and attorney start with some type of signing of a contract?? What are the steps to hiring an attorney??
Please help?

Normally you meet with an attorney, sign a fee agreement, and they file an appearance in court for you. That is the easy explanation. If you have specific questions, contact nevat www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
