Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

am i right?

i was questioned about a CSC that may or may not have happened in my apartment building. The detective did not question anyone about their involvement or to see if they heard anything. The only suspects/witnesses they have spoken to or questioned are black males. This being a almost all white community with a history or racial tension towards blacks. I believe they are preparing to railroad us because the supposed victim said she MAY have been assaulted and and can't remember due to intoxication and drugs. She says she remembers seeing us and now all of a sudden we are suspects. I feel the police are trying to cook up a bogus case against us. Am i right???

Re: am i right?

You may be right, however, a good defense attorney can use these facts to your advantage. Don't say anything without an attorney.

You should never have a discussion with the cops without your attorney being present. You need somebody that is experienced and aggressive to be fighting for you and protecting your rights. It might be correct that you'll be "railroaded" if you don't get proper representation NOW. I'd suggest that you call Attorney Mike Cronkright at 1 8665665245.
