Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was ask to come in for questioning I did commit the crime will I be arrested this is my first time being in trouble with the law....it was for stealing a gift card from my employer it was 300$

As the other gentleman said, there is no benefit to meeting with the police in order to make an inculpatory statement. You have a fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination (i.e.- the right to remain silent) - use it. Don't say a word to the police and call a criminal defense attorney.
