Is this a violation of probation? what to do?
I have M.S. & epilepsy so I'm disabled SS hearing is next month so I have no income & have not since 2006. I did everything the probation agent asked or told me to do including counseling, court fee's, community service etc. 60 days before probation was to end he reviewed my fill to make sure I did everything I had to then he agreed so he sent the discharge papers to the judge who after 3 weeks then put in a violation of probation hearing. Talked to the court administator told me the judge should not be doing this Oh yeah I recorded the call as proof. What do I do now?
