Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
So many questions
I need a job, but everywhere in MI wants to do a Background check. I've been hearing that I can have my records sealed so employers cant see my felony conviction. Can you please elaborate on that? What do I need to do to have that happen for me?

You can't have your records sealed if they do a background check.
